To help streamline the audio imaging process for prospective customers, Muzak needed a robust web-based application that could match a brand’s unique personality to the right sound experience.
Working closely with Muzak’s audio architects and program specialists, we defined an intuitive user interface strategy that would facilitate a self-guided audio imaging process called myImage. The application empowers prospective customers to create custom programs that are consistent with their brands by answering a series of questions about budget, brand personality and target audience. Pre-determined responses ranging from cutting-edge and active urban to sexy and invigorating help customers find the perfect audio identity.
