New Look, New Direction – Introducing the New Union

If you haven’t noticed already, we’ve changed. A new logo, new website, new branding, even a new address. In fact, the last year has seen Union undergo the most change in its entire seventeen-year history.
And we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

In the simplest terms, we’ve changed because we’ve grown.
We’ve grown in size, with more than seventy team members working across over seventy brands.
We’ve grown our <a href="https://union.co/services">service offerings</a>, extending our capabilities, reach and impact on our partners' marketing goals in all-things-digital.
And we’ve grown the expectations of ourselves.
The vision of this agency began with a desire to offer digital-first marketing to brands in the Charlotte region. Seventeen years later, we’re proud to be a premier digital agency in the Southeast for brands that want more out of their marketing and branding.
Knowing how far we have come, it was time to find a new look to reflect not only our success but also our new direction forward.

Why the new look?

It was clear very early on that this new Union was going to require a much larger home. After months of looking, we found a site only a few miles away from uptown Charlotte that, with a lot of hard work and imagination, has come together nicely.

We have a new office.

Once the home of <a href="https://www.ourstate.com/biltmore-dairy/">Biltmore Dairy’s</a> bottling operation, our new 16,500 square foot space can house all the Union teams under one roof. The new office’s bright and open floor plan allows for more collaboration, with design and architecture that extend the look and feel of our digital presence into the real world.

One of the most exciting developments for the agency has been the addition of an internal <a href="https://union.co/services/branded-content">Studio team</a> to handle all video, photography and animation needs of our brand partners. With a focus on design-driven storytelling, our new Studio team crafts award-winning content that is both engaging and intentional, helping to drive brand awareness and reach consumers with the content that matters to them.

In addition to our Experiences and Campaigns service offerings, we’re now able to expand our end-to-end capabilities as a full-service digital agency. Now, the strategy, creation, promotion and reporting on all content can be done completely in-house. This may be the start of a new chapter for us, but it’s still part of the same story we’re proud to tell.
