As the region’s premier provider of full-service vision care, Horizon Eye Care is well-known for its highly specialized team of industry-leading doctors, as well as its commitment to offering the latest, most innovative technology in vision care. Horizon is beloved by their current patients, but the doctors serving them realized they could be doing more to attract new patients who aren’t familiar with the company. They wanted to improve brand awareness for this population of potential new patients, and decided a more robust digital platform was the recipe for success.
Union (formerly Studiobanks) stepped in, and, using our own innovative “vision”, put together a digital strategy to meet Horizon’s needs. We designed a clean, modern, and sophisticated website featuring intuitive navigation that inspires visitors to explore the site and begin their quest toward discovering clear, healthy eyes.
The site offers all the helpful information new patients could want – up front and in an easily digestible format. It streamlines the entire vision care experience by making the most important parts of the process instantly visible. New patients (and current ones for that matter!) don’t have to waste any time guessing where resources are. If they have a common question, want to take care of paperwork before arriving at the office, or are looking for information on popular procedures like LASIK, the Patient Resources page has what they need. If they want to compare doctors, or find a Horizon location near their home, there are pages specifically dedicated to those topics, too.
Prospective patients can also find a wealth of information on the company’s history, and its successful partnerships with the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Bobcats, Charlotte Checkers and Charlotte Knights. Plus, the site features patient testimonials, news articles, and comprehensive service offerings that showcase Horizon Eye Care’s full-service approach to delivering the ultimate experience in vision care. And as an added bonus, the new site provides lots of convenient features, such as a secure login process that lets patients create accounts for paying their bills, requesting appointments, ordering contacts, downloading forms, and more – all from the comfort of their home.
