Charlotte Digital Marketing Agency Announces 2016 Scholarship

Charlotte digital marketing agency <a href="https://cms.union.co/">UNION</a> is pleased to announce the second annual Kelly Somey Digital Marketing Scholarship. This scholarship honors a dedicated teacher and mentor by rewarding college-bound students who demonstrate a passion for creativity and an interest in pursuing a career in digital marketing. For the second year, UNION will select a high school senior to receive a $1,000 scholarship to use toward their college tuition.
"Last year, we were thrilled by the response we received," says Banks Wilson, President and Creative Director of UNION. "We had students apply from all over the country. In fact, we ultimately awarded the <a href="https://union.co/articles/announcing-the-2015-digital-marketing-scholarship-winner" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">2015 scholarship</a> to a student from Pennsylvania."
To qualify for the scholarship, candidates must be high school seniors and submit an essay describing their passion for creativity and highlighting any teachers that helped guide them toward a career in digital marketing. The deadline to apply is April 1, 2016. The winner will be announced on May 2, 2016.
