We were recently asked by a Greensboro advertising agency to help redesign their corporate website. <a href="http://www.bouvierkelly.com/">Bouvier Kelly</a> is a agency built on solid marketing fundamentals and strong creative. They must be doing something right, they have been around since 1974. Without any internal web design capabilities they were looking for someone to create a website that would better represent their current direction and quality of work. We made the drive up to Greensboro one afternoon to meet with creative director Mike Turner. We wanted to get an idea of what Bouvier Kelly was all about and what he had in mind for the website. Together we worked to come up with a concept that would reflect their solid fundamental marketing approach and their unique creative.
We ended up with a <a href="http://www.bouvierkelly.com/">website</a> that takes you to school! Will designed a blackboard that fills the screen and teaches it’s viewers how Bouvier Kelly’s approach has made them one of North Carolina’s best known names in advertising.
It was an interesting spin for us to do work for an advertising agency. It gave us the opportunity to look at some of our own processes and learn from the experience of a seasoned company in the industry.
