Union Named One of the Best Places to Work in Charlotte for the Third Time

The Charlotte Observer just announced 68 companies and organizations in the Charlotte metro area as Top Workplaces for 2021. Union was named in the small company category with 35-149 employees as one of the best places to work in Charlotte, NC, for the <a href="https://union.co/articles/best-places-to-work-in-charlotte-nc-2020">third year</a> in a row.
The <a href="https://topworkplaces.com/about/">Top Workplaces program</a> honors the best companies to work for in Charlotte, NC, based on anonymous employee surveys that are managed by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The surveys measure levels of organizational health based on how aligned employees feel with their company’s vision, how challenged they are at work, how valued they feel by leadership and more.
Even though our team is still largely remote due to COVID, the circumstances haven’t stopped us from connecting through the full-service marketing work we do (here’s to you, Google Hangouts) and the culture events we take time for. Lately, that’s included pumpkin carving, a cookout and kickball – not to mention an upcoming park cleanup.
