Core Accountabilities
Support insights and strategic thinking to meet objectives and timelines
Support and execute research plans and scope deliverables for each engagement
Collect research from qualitative and quantitative perspectives
Analyze research and data from different angles (company, category, consumer, culture, performance data)
Support the creation of strategic frameworks to guide messaging and tactics
Roles & Responsibilities
Integrated Strategy
Support and utilize tools and standardized frameworks in support of a client’s marketing strategy and planning
Support annual/quarterly client planning
Participate and support development of strategic frameworks to document comms tasks and supporting elements (e.g. personas) to guide creative and tactical decisions
Participate and support the creation of strategy and creative briefs as needed for internal and client teams
Research & Discovery
Execute research efforts such as Market & Competitor Audits, Stakeholder Interviews, Customer Interviews, Customer Surveys
Collect findings and create documentation from primary and secondary research
Client / Project Team Collaboration
Work closely with Account and Project Managers to support & execute processes and workflows to achieve overall client goals
Support the growth in strategic offerings and support for clients
Department
Participate in ongoing training and development to elevate skills and understanding
Participate in ongoing marketing, digital, brand and trend research
Qualifications
● 3-5 years agency experience in account planning or integrated strategy
Experience working in digital media as well as research (quant and qual)
Good organizational, interpersonal and project management skills
Ability to balance a varied workload, inclusive of supporting the team in the client work as well as working on agency initiatives
Passion for growth, motivated by new challenges and opportunities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
