About this Position
Keep a pulse on all active tasks, ensuring resources are up to speed and clear on deliverables.
Ensure team members are aware of all deadlines, requirements and specifications.
Inform team of pertinent updates, both internal and client-related, relevant to the projects they’re working on.
Leverage CRM tools like Hubspot & Salesforce to track sales and revenue data
Assist with contract execution & necessary logistical client communication
Create initial drafts for briefs, proposals, pitch & scoping materials
Support Account Lead in proactively identifying incremental opportunities within existing accounts
Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, both face-to-face with clients as well as through email.
Build trust with your client contacts through regular communication, and a strong understanding of the client’s business and goals.
Able to successfully communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully and professionally.
Contribute to the development of account vision planning & assist with translating the vision into actionable steps
Multi-channel / Integrated Marketing experience is a plus
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
