Project Management

  • Responsible for ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time and on budget
  • Continuously audit service line project management processes and suggest improvements
  • Utilize service line process documents, tools and trackers to support you in successfully managing projects
  • Regularly communicate with Account Director to ensure projects are laddering up to the client's overarching goals and business objectives
  • Proactively communicate when you foresee any potential project risks or concerns and work together to come up with a solution
  • Translate tactical strategy into a task-based project plan focused on reaching client goals
  • Lead and manage meeting notes, to be distributed internally and available for Account Director to share with the client.
  • Ensure proper project documentation is being completed at every phase and evolve as needed
  • Understand the health and status of your projects at all times
  • Manage client expectations and ensure understanding of project status and project timeline at all times
  • Manage day-to-day relationships for field clients, serving as the primary point of contact


  • Work with clients and Account Director to establish specific goals and KPIs that indicate success and ensure tactics help achieve those goals
  • Make tactical strategic recommendations on how to help clients achieve their goals through Union’s service line capabilities
  • Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing and improving tactics specific to Union’s service lines on an ongoing basis
  • Leverage expertise from your Leads and Service Line Directors to help influence strategic direction and decisions

Team Management

  • Responsible for keeping a pulse on your team's workload and elevating accordingly when team members are under / over resourced
  • Ensure team members are aware of relevant tasks, deadlines and requirements
  • Support team members in motivating them to deliver their best work
  • Inform team of pertinent updates, both internal and client-related, relevant to the projects they’re working on
  • Confirm team members are hitting individual billable goals and team as a whole is hitting target billable rates.
  • Communicate to your Service Line Director if you feel your team is not on track to hit their goals.
