We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager that can bring strong project management skills and a thorough attention to detail across multiple clients and projects. This person will be accountable for keeping projects on track and on budget with the appropriate foresight to proactively manage risks and escalate them when necessary. As a member of a larger team, this individual will need strong communications skills to ensure their team is equipped with everything they need to deliver work on time while maintaining internal productivity goals. This person will support the Delivery Supervisor and Account Director in properly scoping out new business opportunities and ongoing resourcing needs, as well as proactively listening for opportunities to grow existing accounts.
With both internal and client-facing responsibilities, a strong marketing or agency background is essential as this role requires a working knowledge of digital marketing practices, tactics, technologies and strategy. Working across multiple departments, this person is expected to proactively engage in the sharing of knowledge with the larger agency, and know when to pull in various department expertise to support project decision-making. This person will directly support the Account Director on large accounts and must be a strong communicator and comfortable relaying information to both junior and executive level staff. Candidates should have 3+ years of industry experience and be authorized to work in the U.S. at this time.
