Roles & Responsibilities
Set up digital campaigns in the ad-serving network (Campaign Manager)
Launch Campaigns, QA assets and identify errors
Coordinate and build media workflows
Lead communication between publishers and media team
Create spec decks and build out timelines for deliverables
Traffic ad assets to publishers
Keep a pulse on all active tasks, ensuring resources are up to speed and clear on deliverables.
Ensure all team members are aware of deadlines, requirements and specifications.
Communicate to the Delivery Director early and often if you feel your team is not on track to meet deliverable due dates.
Assist across teams on ad-serving fees, billing and invoices
Create and implement UTM tracking
Populate excel reports on asset/campaign performance
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a relevant position, digital operations experience preferred.
Certifications in Google analytics and any other relevant technology platforms
Experience in Campaign Manager
Knowledge of the digital media landscape and strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and publishers at one time.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Effective problem-solver and generator of creative innovative solutions
